The Case: Two Rivers
One composite institution to read, question, and work through together. Two Rivers State University has decided AI matters and has started to move, without a plan, a budget line, or a shared picture of where it stands.
This companion exists to put you and everyone else in the room in front of the same institution before the work begins. Read the case as a pre-read. Then use it: question the cast, walk the shelves, and pressure-test what the Starter Kit should actually hand an institution like this one.
The through line for every shelf is the same. The Starter Kit's job is to put resources into the hands of institutions like Two Rivers that they can pick up and leverage: templates, guides, example policies, vetted tools, decision aids, starter assessments. The question is what belongs in the kit and what would make it genuinely useful here. Whether a stretched campus can actually stand the resource up, with the staff, budget, and time it really has, is the test each resource has to pass.
